sam and julie are really good hosts. breakfast choices catered for all requirements. the breakfasts were excellent and cooked to perfection.
the awful comments above represent the opposite of my own experience. i definitely do not recommend following that advice. i found it misleading and unhelpful. it did not align with the actual conditions i encountered.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! the sausages, bacon, and eggs were all local. everything was beautifully cooked. sam and julie were very cute and friendly hosts. Nothing was too much!
i did notice some stains on the carpet. the bathroom fan was quite noisy. the pillows were a little too firm for my liking.

The location is convenient I noticed. It's close to south beach. Delicious breakfasts featured meats sourced from the local butcher, i appreciated that. Extra supplies were available to help myself if needed.
The street parking can be a little difficult during peak season.

The owners were very cute, and the guest house was super clean. Breakfast was delicious and offered great value. I would highly recommend it. My next visit would see this as my first choice.
I found the car parking to be a short walk away, but inconvenient.
